Javed and Judith bring over 20 years of experience in providing the highest levels of hospitality in Rye, to bring you the most modern, feature-rich and environmentally-sustainable accommodation.

Magnolia House was an unused and nearly-derelict building when Javed purchased it in the summer of 2019.  The mission was to enlarge and completely modernise the building around the needs of modern-day travellers, with permanent sustainability being at the heart of what we do.

​

Javed, with a lot of help from local experts, re-built the structure with the goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions.

 

This was a one-off opportunity to design-in and where possible, future-proof the building in the face of inexorable climate change.
